Position Title: Registered Nurse

Essential Functions: Coordinates nursing care and patient/family education for Adult and Geriatric psychiatric patients through the use of the nursing process; maintains positive working relationships with staff and other departments to provide optimal quality outcomes within the framework of professional nursing practice. These responsibilities are met according to hospital policy, hospital mission statement and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• Associates Degree

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Florida Registered Nurse License
• BLS

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
