Position Title: System Supervisor, Chemistry

Essential Functions:

The Laboratory Department System Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day department operation. As a System Supervisor, this individual is responsible for covering both the Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital laboratories. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in clinical area as it relates to Laboratory results. This individual helps maintain excellent rapport among Laboratory, Physicians, Nursing Staff and other Hospital Departments. This individual works closely with the Laboratory Director to maintain policy, procedures and day-to-day operations of Department and Laboratory.
